Our founder, a fifth-generation Sri Lankan with deep roots in the tourism industry, noticed something troubling. Most international tour operators were treating Sri Lanka as another checkbox destination—rushing travelers through attractions, prioritizing quantity over quality, and missing the soul of the island.
